Student Letting
A Prime Letting & Management can offer a wide range of options to students moving to Cork.
We begin taking bookings from February of each year to begin on 1st September of the next academic year.
How it Works
With a block of 10 apartments (35 bedrooms in total) located in the city centre, Blackmore Court, Sullivan’s Quay, we often house students attending the Cork School of Music, College of Commerce, St Johns and UCC.
Prime can also offer many houses within walking distance of UCC, of varying sizes from 4 bedrooms to 8!
Rental payments are payable per semester, in August and December each year.
