Prime offers a service ideal for Landlords of new properties, or an older house/apartment, which need a lift. We offer competitively priced turnkey fit-out services and tailor the budget to individual needs.
Prime LM agents are meeting and dealing with tenants every day for the past 15 years, and so have a good feel for what your ideal tenant will want for your property. The décor can be as important as the location! Appliances, fixtures and fittings can make a large difference in rental incomes.
Should you choose to allow Prime LM fit-out your property, we can take an empty unit, paint it, arrange flooring, all appliances and full furnishings. Re-decoration may also require skip hire, garden maintenance and general repairs.
Prime LM has its own maintenance team for minor problems, painting and decorating. We can arrange tradesmen for more substantial repairs, and will oversee these works.
Repairs and decoration fee – 10% of total cost plus VAT (fee discount for Managed properties)
